Montana Launches Pilot Of State-Sponsored Personal Health Records Program

The state of Montana is launching a pilot program that will provide electronic personal health records for the approximately 1,500 employees of the City of Billings and their families, and employees of the city's health benefits manager, Employee Benefit Management Service. Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Dossia, a health management system vendor, is providing the online platform for the records exchange.
