Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs Releases New Rates for Direct Services & Supports Coordination

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services The Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) released direct service and supports coordination waiver provider rates on July 28, 2009. OPD assumed responsibility for contracting and rate-setting for the waiver programs on July 1, 2009. Previously, Pennsylvania counties had set rates and contracted directly with provider organizations. Now, the counties serve as administrative entities. ODP also released a rate table. It lists all provider organizations in the state, the administrative entity overseeing the provider, the procedure code, the service name, the assigned area, and the fiscal year 2009-2010 . . .
