MedCost Benefit Services Renews HealthMedia Wellness Services Contract & Adds Behavioral Health Programs
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Mental Health & Chemical Dependency Services On November 12, 2008, HealthMedia, Inc., announced that it received a three-year contract renewal from MedCost Benefit Services that will add HealthMedia behavioral health programs in addition to the wellness programs that were part of the previous contract. The contract value was not disclosed. HealthMedia has been a MedCost contractor for about a year; MedCost currently uses the HealthMedia® Succeed Health Risk Assessment and programs for smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition improvement, and stress reduction.
