November 26, 2001 Connecticut Metropolitan District Awards EAP Services Contract to Wheeler Clinic The Metropolitan District in Connecticut (MDC) has awarded a contract for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services to Wheeler Clinic, Inc. The contract period is three years; the contract amount is $24,455; and Wheeler Clinic will serve 750 MDC employees. EAP services provided will include supervisor training, employer orientations, counseling sessions, assessments and substance abuse evaluations.
