Florida Launches Free Medicaid EHR Portal for Provider Organizations

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News On November 19, 2009, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) launched its Medicaid electronic health record (EHR) portal for provider organizations. The EHR portal, Florida Medicaid Health Information Network powered by Availity, will enable health care providers treating the state’s 2.6 million Medicaid recipients to access up to 18-months of Medicaid claims history.
