Western New York Alliance for Person-Centered Care Forms to Advocate for Regional Transformation of Nursing Home Care
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Senior Support Services A group of advocates for person-centered care in western New York have formed the Western New York Alliance for Person-Centered Care (Alliance) to develop a first in the nation, region-wide initiative to implement a culture change toward person-centered care at nursing home and assisted living facilities.
