47% Of Uninsured Lacked Information About PPACA Insurance As Of October 2013

As of mid-October 2013, about 47% of uninsured adults responding to a nationally representative survey said they did not know where to get information about how the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA) provisions, such as mandatory health insurance, will affect them. About 34% of adults with employer-based health insurance also said they did not know where to get information about the PPACA and its impact on them.
