December 17, 2001 Horizon Announces Entry into Phase IV Clinical Research Services Marketplace Horizon Health Corporation announced on December 10, 2001 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mental Health Outcomes (MHO) has implemented a strategy to launch Phase IV clinical research services specifically targeted toward the central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic area. MHO has provided retrospective clinically oriented CNS market information services to pharmaceutical companies under its PsychScope service line since 1998.
