December 18, 2006 National Alliance of Professional Psychology Providers Launches Practitioner-Owned Provider Network The National Alliance of Professional Psychology Providers (NAPPP) has launched a practitioner-owned network to compete with managed behavioral health programs. The business model for the network was developed by Nicholas Cummings, Ph.D., who founded American Biodyne in 1982.
