North Dakota Medicaid to Launch Autism Services Waiver

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services On November 19, 2010, the North Dakota Department of Human Services (DHS) said the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services had approved a new three-year Medicaid waiver to offer services to children diagnosed with conditions on the autism spectrum. The waiver will serve up to 30 children, birth through age four, per waiver year.
