St. Charles Health System In Central Oregon Using InTouch Health Telepresence Robot

In October 2012, Oregon-based St. Charles Medical Center-Redmond began using a telepresence robot that enables remote specialists in Bend, Oregon to meet with patients 20 miles away in the city of Redmond. The medical center is part of the St. Charles Health System. The robot is the InTouch Health RP-7i telepresence robot, which the health system purchased for $95,000.
