Genstar Capital Launches New Senior Care Services Platform UniVita Health

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Senior Support Services On December 1, 2008, Genstar Capital L.L.C., launched UniVita Health, a new senior care services platform, with the acquisition of Long Term Care Group Inc., (LTCG), a large long-term care insurance support services firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2008.
