December 31, 2001 drkoop.com to Cease Operations The Santa Monica, California-based online health-information company, Dr. Koop LifeCare Corporation has announced on December 16, 2001 that it will cease operations and cease the operations of its wholly-owned subsidiary, drkoop.com, Inc.
