40% Of The 73 Million Children In The U.S. Have At Least One Chronic Condition
More than 40% of the 73 million children in the United States have at least one chronic condition, according to data collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as reported by the Trump Administrationās Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Commission in its new report focused on childrenās health. The report characterized the findings as āan unprecedented health crisisā and cited the most common chronic conditions as asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases, behavioral health disorders, and obesity.
