Overall, 54% of surveyed working caregivers would change jobs if it meant having access to a family caregiving coordination benefit, according to the "Homethrive Second Annual Employee Caregiving Survey". Overall, 85% of working caregivers say they would take advantage of a family caregiving coordination benefit. Approximately 66% say they do not have access to a family caregiving coordination benefit.
