590,000 People On Waitlists For I/DD HCBS
According to the most recent ANCOR Foundation national review, there were 589,940 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) on waiting lists for home and community-based services (HCBS) in 2018. This is an increase of approximately 24.7% from about 472,940 people waiting in 2017.
