68% Of I/DD Provider Organizations Closed One Or More Service Lines By April 2020 Due To COVID-19
About 68% of provider organizations that serve people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) reported that they have closed one or more service lines by government order due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), according to 689 organizations that responded to a survey conducted by the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), and analyzed by health research firm Avalere. Those that closed service lines reported that revenue dropped by an average of 32%.
