82% Of LTSS Participants Very Involved In Service Plan Decisions
A total of 82% of older adults and people with disabilities who are also receiving long-term services and supports (LTSS) say they are very involved in making decisions about what is in their service plan, according to a recent survey. However, 16% said their choices and preferences are not fully reflected in their current plan, and 25% said their needs and preferences were not fully listened to during their last service planning meeting.
