84% Of People Who Used Hospital At Home Would Use It Again
Of people who have used hospital-at-home (HaH) programs, more than 80% report having a positive experience, and 84.1% said they were very (39.2%) or somewhat (45.3%) likely to participate in the program again. According to a recent survey of more than 1,000 U.S. consumers age 40 and older who had received HaH services, only 1.8% had a negative or very negative experience, and 14.0% said they had a neutral experience in the HaH program.
