9.6% Of All American Workers Have 14 Or More Mentally Unhealthy Days Every Month
About 9.6% of workers in 37 U.S. states across all industries who responded to a national survey about mental health between 2015 and 2019 said they experienced frequent mental distress (FMD), which was defined as having 14 or more mentally unhealthy days due to stress, depression, or emotional problems in the past 30 days.
