Digital cognitive behavioral therapy (DCBT) delivered via a smartphone is more effective for treatment of adults with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) than psychoeducation, according to a recent study.
Researchers analyzed data from the Generalized Anxiety Therapy Effectiveness (GATE) clinical trial, which was sponsored by Big Health, Inc., which provided the digital intervention, DaylightRx.
