Acadia Acquires 147-Bed Belmont Behavioral Health Facility From Einstein Healthcare Network

On July 1, 2015, Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. announced it had acquired Belmont Behavioral Health from the not-for-profit Einstein Healthcare Network. The deal, announced in December 2014, included Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment, a 147-bed inpatient behavioral health facility located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; the Belmont Northeast health center; and the Belmont Community Outpatient Program for the Elderly.
