Aetna & Crossover Health Pilot Value-Based Primary Care Program For Seattle Employers

On January 1, 2023, a partnership between Aetna and Crossover Health launched Aetna Advanced Primary Health, a pilot hybrid care model for employer-sponsored health plans in Seattle, Washington. The new model is focused on prevention and proactive outreach and aims to more effectively meet members' care needs, including closing treatment gaps and helping members proactively manage their chronic conditions.
