The Cyber Tipline maintained by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) is a centralized system for reporting online child exploitation that may be overwhelmed by deepfake images of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) created by artificial intelligence (AI), according to an analysis by the Stanford Internet Observatory.
