Sweetch Partners With WellSpan On Diabetes App

On October 31, 2018, WellSpan Health announced a partnership with Sweetch Health Ltd, to use the Sweetch solution that provides automated, personalized health coaching geared towards preventing type 2 diabetes. WellSpan Health has initiated a clinical trial to assess whether the smartphone app incorporating artificial intelligence can help patients manage their health better and avoid developing diabetes. Participants in the study are employees of WellSpan who were given the option to take part. Those enrolled are individuals at a higher risk of developing diabetes in their lifetime.
