BCBS Alabama Behavioral Health Carve Out Ends; Alabama Psychiatric Services Closes
On February 13, 2015, about one-year after Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama (BCBSAL)Â implemented new model for providing behavioral health services which ended its behavioral health carve-out, its primary contractor Alabama Psychiatric Services, P.C. (APSY) closed.
