Altruista Health Awarded $5.4 Million Tennessee Contract For Primary & Behavioral Health Care Coordination Tool
On March 1, 2016, Altruista Health started a new four-year contract valued at $5.4 million with the Tennessee Division of Health Care Finance and Administration to provide a multi-payer shared care coordination tool, called the GuidingCare™ system. The tool will be used by primary care and behavioral health provider organizations to implement better care coordination in their offices.
