Spending on treatments for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia (ADRD) in the United States is projected to triple between 2022 and 2040, from $12.8 billion to $45 billion (based on treatments available in 2019). By 2060, expenditures for ADRD treatment are projected to reach $102 billion (based on treatments available in 2019).
