Anthem Blues & Hartford HealthCare New Agreement Includes Integrated Care Coordination & Service Delivery Models

On October 2, 2014, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem BCBS) and Hartford HealthCare (HHC) in Connecticut announced they had reached a multi-year agreement effective October 1.
