Arizona Law Allows Using Public Education Funds To Pay For Private K-12 School Tuition Scholarships
On July 7, 2022, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed legislation to allow using public education funds to pay for private primary school tuition scholarships (kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12)). The goal is to provide Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESAs) for all children, for use at any school that best fits their needs.
