Arizona Medicaid Seeks Administrator For The Upcoming Housing & Health Opportunities Waiver Program

On February 1, 2024, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) released a request for proposals (RFP YH24-0041) seeking an administrator for the Medicaid Housing and Health Opportunities (H2O) demonstration. The demonstration is intended to enhance and expand housing services and interventions for AHCCCS members who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. A letter of intent to bid is due by April 1, 2024, and proposals are due a month later on May 1, 2024.
