The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) plans to implement new grant-funded Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) for children and youth in the custody of the Department of Child Safety (DCS) or who have been adopted. MRSS will be delivered at the child's location and is provided based on the caregiver’s identification that the child/youth has an urgent need.
