Arkansas DHS I/DD Supported Living Rates 19% Below Modeled Payment Rates, Milliman Analysis Finds

Reimbursement rates for one-to-one supportive living services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Arkansas are 19% below the modeled payment rates included in a Milliman rate study commissioned by the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) under Act 1023 of 2025.
