CCRC Manager Salaries At $80,000 in 2022, A 3+% Increase From 2021

Assisted living/personal care managers working in continuing care retirement communities saw a 3.52% salary increase in 2022. The average salary for these individuals is $80,102 in 2022. Bonuses for these individuals were approximately $4,321 during 2022. At for-profit CCRCs, the average salary for an assisted living manager was $67,550. At not-for-profits, it was $81,669.

At CCRCs with up to 299 units, the average salary for an assisted living manager was highest in the South Atlantic region (Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, District of Columbia, and West . . .
