Average Time To Schedule Physician Appointment Increases 19% To 31 Days
The time required to schedule a physician appointment in 15 major metropolitan areas increased by 19% between 2022 and 2025, rising from an average of 26 days to 31 days, according to a new survey conducted by AMN Healthcare. Researchers stated that this increase may be due to a shortage of health care professionals in high-population areas.
