Beacon Health Options Wins Washington State Behavioral Administrative Services Organization Contract
On February 23, 2016, Beacon Health Options announced that it was awarded the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) contract to administer public behavioral health services. The behavioral health administrative service organization (BH-ASO) contract is a complement to the state's new integrated physical and behavioral health Medicaid managed care model and will start in the first two “early adopter” counties (Clark and Skamania).
