On January 14, 2022, Behavioral Health Group (BHG), which provides outpatient opioid addiction treatment, expanded into five new states by acquiring Center for Behavioral Health (CBH), which provides outpatient addiction and behavioral health treatment in eight states. The acquisition, which was under discussion since early in 2021, brings BHG to five new states: Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, and Nevada. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the joining of the two organizations, BHG now operates 117 treatment facilities and two labs in 24 states.

CBH currently serves more than 7,000 consumers. It has 20 locations in Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa . . .
