Between May & June 2024, Telehealth Claims Increased 1.5% Nationally

Nationally, telehealth claim lines rose from 4.82% of medical claim lines in May 2024 to 4.89% in June 2024, an increase of 1.5%. In the West, the telehealth share of medical claim lines increased 1.4%; in the Northeast, it rose 0.8%; and in the South, it rose 0.3%. The Midwest was the only region to see a decrease in telehealth share of medical claim lines, at -1.7%.
