California Issues RFI To Assess Using An Administrative Entity To Manage The State’s 988 Network
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) seeks information about using an administrative entity to serve as a prime contractor that would manage the state’s 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline Network. The administrative entity would be responsible for subcontracting with 988 crisis centers and vendors, data collection, reporting, project management, federal grant management, and fiscal management.
