California’s Orange County Rebids Families & Communities Together Family Resource Center Services

California’s Orange County Social Services Agency (SSA) is rebidding its 16 Families and Communities Together (FaCT) Family Resource Center (FRC) contracts. The 16 sites provide prevention and intervention services to reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect. The request for proposals (RFP 063-25010752-LC) was released on December 9, 2024, with responses due by January 16, 2025. The contracts will have an initial three-year term followed by a two-year renewal period.
