California’s youth and families recommended 12 calls to action to reimagine and transform the behavioral health system to better serve children and youth ages 0 to 25 years. The recommendations were included in the “Youth at the Center” Report, commissioned by the California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS), as part of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative’s (CYBHI) efforts to center children, youth, and families.
