Cardinal Health Announces Agreements To Acquire Strive Medical & AdaptHealth’s Diabetes Health Business

On July 20, 2026, Cardinal Health announced two definitive acquisition agreements. The first is to acquire the diabetes health business unit of AdaptHealth Corporation. The second is to acquire in its entirety, Strive Medical LLC. Combined, the two transactions are valued at approximately $360 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments.

AdaptHealth’s diabetes health business operates a centralized, mail-order, direct-to-consumer distribution model for diabetes management supplies, including continuous glucose monitors. It serves more than 225,000 consumers annually.
