Cardinal Health Announces Agreements To Acquire Strive Medical LLC & AdaptHealth’s Diabetes Health Business For Approximately $360 Million

On July 20, 2026, Cardinal Health, a distributor of pharmaceuticals, and medical and specialty products for the health care industry, announced two definitive agreements to acquire the Diabetes Health business unit of AdaptHealth Corp. and, in its entirety, Strive Medical LLC.
