Cardinal Health To Buy Strive Medical & AdaptHealth’s Diabetes Health Business For $360 Million

On July 20, 2026, Cardinal Health, a distributor of pharmaceuticals and specialty products, announced two definitive agreements to acquire the Diabetes Health business unit of AdaptHealth Corp. and Strive Medical. Combined, the two transactions are valued at approximately $360 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments.

The AdaptHealth transaction is structured as an Asset Purchase Agreement rather than a full corporate acquisition.
