Chicago Awards $750,000 For Mental Health Services Focused On Justice-Involved Population & The Uninsured
On April 14, 2015, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced that the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) had awarded $750,000 in new contracts to improve the city’s overall mental health infrastructure; the funding was re-allocated by the City Council through the City’s 2015 budget.
