Illinois DCFS Children Transition To New YouthCare Medicaid Managed Care Plan
On September 1, 2020, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) transitioned youth in the care of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to the new YouthCare Medicaid managed care program operated by Meridian Health, a Centene subsidiary.
