City Of Philadelphia Police Department Rebids Employee Assistance Program Contract
On April 30, 2020, the City of Philadelphia Police Department issued a request for proposals (RFP 21200421161247) to rebid its employee assistance program (EAP) contract for external services. The incumbent is Penn Behavioral Health. Responses are due by June 18, 2020. The contract is slated to go live on July 1, 2020. It will be structured as a firm, fixed price contract. The RFP did not note a maximum contract value. The initial contract term will run through June 30, 2021, but may be followed by up to three additional one-year renewals.
