Class Action Lawsuit Alleges Elevance Health’s Carelon Behavioral Health Maintains A ‘Ghost Network’ In New York
On April 28, 2025, a class action lawsuit was filed in New York against Elevance Health alleging that the Empire Plan in the New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) did not accurately represent how many behavioral health provider organizations accepted the plan.
