On March 19, 2024, Clover Health and Quartet Health announced a value-based partnership focused on supporting Medicare Advantage members with serious mental illness (SMI) who are served by Clover Home Care. For these members, Quartet Health’s Whole Health program will provide fully integrated physical and behavioral health services and wraparound care services. Quartet Health will be accountable for the total cost of care for these members. SMI is defined as a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that results in functional impairment.
