Colorado Medicaid has changed its reimbursement methodology and certification requirements for outpatient behavioral health safety net provider organizations. Under this new reimbursement methodology, organizations approved by the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) as Comprehensive Behavioral Health Providers receive a daily payment via a prospective payment system (PPS).
